JEDI intervision year group – 2025

Imagine strengthening your JEDI (Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion) skills in exchange with other Diversity professionals in a protected space and under the guidance of Şeydâ… It will be possible soon!

In February 2025, a new intervision year group will start again. Together with others and under Şeydâ’s guidance, you can reflect on your actions and discuss the challenges you face in your DE&I work at regular intervals throughout the year.

Reflection on the cases presented initiates a learning process that results in a new approach that is successful. The supervision meetings are primarily process-oriented, seeking ways to handle problems and ethical issues differently.
