Objective
The role of Ambassador entails a more intensive participation and involvement in the Brown Eyes Blue Eyes program. An Ambassador, in his company, organisation or independently, acts as a source of knowledge and support. In this role, the Ambassador can always revert to Şeydâ and her network. By doing so, the Brown Eyes Blue Eyes experiment is anchored into a business, organisation or school.
Participants of the Ambassador program first partake in a workshop and the film seminar. They purposefully think about specific steps or goals within their organisation and gradually form and fill their task and role.
Duration
1 year (workshop and film seminar), followed by intervision, support and feedback in training.
